By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. v9999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the v9999 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. v9999 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not authorised to use the Platform. v9999 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on v9999. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether in the same name, a different name, or via a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
2.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts on v9999 are for personal use only. You may not access the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party, operate an Account in a commercial capacity, or use the Platform for any form of syndicated or organised betting operation without express written authorisation from v9999.
3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering a v9999 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. v9999 may reject any registration where information provided appears to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v9999 Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. v9999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). v9999 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point during Account operation. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification (such as a Computerised National Identity Card, CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe notified by v9999 may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
3.4 Account Closure. v9999 reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where v9999 suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that v9999 deems contrary to the integrity of the Platform. Where permissible, any Real Money Balance in a legitimately operated Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player.
4.1 Deposit Methods. v9999 currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed within the v9999 Account Cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within 60 seconds.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by v9999 support. Prior to processing any withdrawal, v9999 may require successful completion of identity verification. Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. v9999 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity, or any pattern of deposit and withdrawal that does not reflect normal gambling behaviour, may be flagged for review. v9999 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation of such activity.
4.4 Currency. All Account balances on v9999 are denominated in PKR. Where payments are made in an alternative currency, conversion to PKR occurs at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. v9999 is not responsible for currency conversion rates applied by third-party payment providers.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. v9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where v9999 suspects that a bet has been placed using insider information, in error, or in violation of these Terms. The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each market or game are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
5.2 Void Bets. v9999 may declare a bet void where: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; (b) odds were displayed in error due to a technical fault; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had concluded; or (d) v9999 determines in good faith that the bet was placed in circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
5.3 Cricket Betting. For cricket betting markets, including but not limited to PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 Internationals: bets on a match that is abandoned or rained off will be settled in accordance with v9999's cricket-specific settlement rules, which are published within the relevant betting section. In-play bets accepted after the outcome is already determined (commonly referred to as "late bets") will be declared void.
5.4 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino and live casino games available on v9999 are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game. Where a technical malfunction affects a game outcome, the affected round will be declared void and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by v9999 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Balances credited to your v9999 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and applicable time limits are stated in full in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games, including high-RTP games and specific table game variants, may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. v9999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated bonus-hunting activity, and the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. v9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the v9999 platform or registered contact information where reasonably practicable.
7.1 Commitment. v9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gaming activity. v9999 is designed for adults aged 18 and above who choose to engage in gaming for entertainment purposes.
7.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all v9999 Players through their Account settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time limits; (d) reality check reminders; and (e) temporary or permanent self-exclusion. These controls are activated immediately upon request and cannot be reversed within any applicable cooling-off period.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. 10.2 v9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that the Platform is free of harmful components. v9999 shall use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.3 In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, v9999's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which v9999 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
v9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or via the email or mobile number associated with their Account, with reasonable notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 3.4 above.
